This recipe comes from the vegan burger wizard, Watson from California where In-N-Out burger was born. He grew up eating this Cali staple and in 2018, when he went vegan he had to come up with a meatless substitute for one of his favorite burgers. Honestly, nobody does it better than the burger dude. (Watson’s stage name).
